Anti-stick and Slip Masterbatch

Anti-blocking and slip masterbatch is a functional masterbatch that combines anti-blocking and slip properties. It is formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with highly effective opening agents, slip agents, and dispersants. When added to films such as PE, PP, CPP, and BOPP, it creates a microscopic rough surface structure that reduces the coefficient of friction, effectively preventing film sticking and improving the smoothness of unwinding, bag making, printing, and lamination processes. At the same time, it does not affect the film’s transparency, heat sealability, or printability. It exhibits minimal leaching, stable dispersion, low dosage requirements, and ease of use. Widely used in packaging films, agricultural films, composite films, and metallized films, it is a commonly used functional masterbatch for improving film processing performance, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
