Processing aids

Polymer processing aids are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier and blended with highly effective lubricating, dispersing, and rheological modification components. They are primarily used to improve the melt flow and processing performance of plastics. When added, they reduce melt viscosity, minimize die buildup, melt fracture, and surface crystallization, enhance film surface smoothness and processing stability, while simultaneously lowering extrusion torque, reducing equipment wear, and extending production cycles. Suitable for various films and polyolefin products such as PE, PP, CPP, and BOPP, these additives do not affect film transparency, heat sealability, or mechanical properties. With low dosage requirements, uniform dispersion, and consistent performance, they are commonly used functional masterbatches for optimizing processing techniques and enhancing product appearance and production efficiency.
