Matting masterbatch

Matte masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with matting agents, dispersants, and other additives. They are primarily used to reduce the gloss of film surfaces, imparting a matte, soft texture to the finished products. When added, they create a uniform, micro-rough texture on the film surface, reducing light reflection to produce a subtle matte finish, thereby enhancing the quality and visual appeal of packaging.
