Acid-absorbing masterbatch

Acid-absorbing masterbatch is a functional masterbatch formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with highly effective alkaline neutralizing agents, stabilizers, and dispersing aids. It is primarily used to adsorb and neutralize acidic substances generated during resin processing and use. When added, they effectively suppress acidic gases generated by resin degradation and reduce equipment corrosion. Suitable for products such as EVA film, they extend equipment service life and improve product appearance and quality without affecting film transparency, heat sealability, or mechanical properties. With low dosage requirements, uniform dispersion, and mild yet long-lasting effects, they are commonly used functional masterbatches in plastic processing to stabilize product quality and protect equipment.
