Anti-slip masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with anti-slip additives, wear-resistant components, and dispersants. They are primarily used to increase the surface friction coefficient of films, thereby enhancing anti-slip and anti-sliding performance. When added, they create a moderate level of micro-roughness on the film surface, reducing slippage and shifting during stacking, handling, and bag manufacturing, and improving packaging stability and safety. The anti-slip effect is consistent and does not affect the film’s processability, heat sealability, or mechanical properties. With low dosage requirements and uniform dispersion, these masterbatches are commonly used to enhance the anti-slip performance and reliability of films.
