Anti-fog masterbatch

Transparency-enhancing masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with highly effective nucleating agents and dispersing additives. They are primarily used to improve the transparency and gloss of polyolefin films. Upon addition, they refine the resin crystal structure, reduce light scattering, and result in films that are clearer, more transparent, and more lustrous, while also improving film stiffness, heat resistance, and mechanical strength. Suitable for packaging films, heat-sealable films, and food packaging films made from PE, PP, CPP, BOPP, and other materials, these masterbatches significantly enhance product appearance without compromising the film’s heat-sealability, printability, or processing stability. Requiring only low addition levels, they disperse uniformly and deliver long-lasting results, making them a commonly used functional masterbatch for improving film transparency and overall quality.
