Dual-action anti-aging masterbatch

Anti-aging masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with light stabilizers, antioxidants, UV absorbers, and other components. They are primarily used to delay the aging and degradation of films exposed to light, high temperatures, and oxidative environments. When added, they effectively inhibit film yellowing, brittleness, cracking, and strength loss, thereby extending outdoor service life and enhancing weather resistance and durability. Suitable for agricultural greenhouse films, mulch films, packaging films, and outdoor films made from PE, PP, EVA, and other materials, these masterbatches do not affect the film’s processing performance, transparency, or heat sealability. They provide long-lasting and stable anti-aging effects, require low addition levels, and disperse uniformly, making them an essential functional masterbatch for enhancing the outdoor service life and overall stability of films.
