Anti-static masterbatch

Anti-static masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier and blended with highly effective anti-static agents. They are primarily used to eliminate or reduce static electricity buildup on film surfaces. When added, they rapidly lower surface resistance, reduce dust adhesion caused by static electricity, prevent film sticking, and minimize static discharge, thereby improving film cleanliness and processing safety. Suitable for various types of packaging films, electronic packaging films, and agricultural films—including PE, PP, CPP, and BOPP—these masterbatches effectively improve film tear resistance, printability, and lamination strength without compromising transparency or heat-sealing performance.
