High-Slip Masterbatch

Slip masterbatches are functional masterbatches formulated using polyolefins as a carrier, blended with high-efficiency slip agents and dispersants. They are primarily used to improve the surface slip properties of films. When added, they significantly reduce the surface friction coefficient of the film, minimize adhesion between film layers, and facilitate smoother processing operations such as winding, unwinding, bag making, and printing, thereby enhancing production efficiency. Suitable for various packaging films, agricultural films, and composite films such as PE, PP, CPP, BOPP, and PA, these masterbatches effectively improve film slip properties without compromising transparency, heat sealability, or printability.
