Anti-blocking masterbatch

Anti-blocking masterbatches are commonly used functional masterbatches in film production. They are formulated by blending anti-blocking agents with a resin carrier. When added, they create microscopic protrusions on the film surface, reducing the contact area between layers. This effectively prevents sticking during winding and storage, and improves the smoothness of unwinding and slitting. Suitable for a variety of substrates including PE, PP, BOPP, CPP, PA, and PET, it is widely used in applications such as food packaging films, agricultural films, printed laminates, and metallized films. It improves processing fluidity without compromising film transparency, heat-sealability, or printability.
