Adhesive resin

Adhesive resin (TIE) is a bonding layer resin specifically designed for multilayer co-extruded films. It is primarily used to address issues such as poor adhesion and delamination between film layers made of different materials. By forming strong chemical bonds with substrates such as PA, EVOH, PE, and PP through polar groups on its molecular chains, it achieves tight interlayer adhesion, thereby enhancing the overall structural strength and barrier stability of the composite film. Widely used in food packaging films, high-barrier films, retort films, and multilayer co-extruded films, it is compatible with processes such as blown film, cast film, and co-extrusion lamination. It is easy to use, provides strong interlayer adhesion, and does not affect the film’s processability or appearance.
